Returns, exchanges & refunds
What is our return policy?
In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit you perfectly or you just changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good) without giving any reason.
We’re not big enough (yet) to provide a return slip, but should you wish to return your item we will cover the cost if you provide proof of purchase (so, essentially, returns are free).
Exchanges
In case you wish to exchange one item for another (for example, if the original item doesn’t fit you perfectly), we will ship out the new item as soon as possible after the returned items reach us.

Refunds
Your right for a refund is recognised up to 45 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good), we’ll issue your refund to whatever payment method you used.
Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible.
At time of writing our shipping policy is not finalised, but it is our intention to allow free return shipping worldwide. Should this not be the case, you will need to bear the cost of returning the item to HIGH&OVER
You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order.
